Two medals for Russia were received by Timchenko brothers!!!

The strongest Russian skaters, the two Timcheko brothers that went to the grand final, kicked out the Vice-World Champion 2014,  Chinese Ye Hao Qin. It's the first time in the last five years, that Ye Hao Qin stopped one step away from the final, he was second last year and in 2011, and won 2013 and 2012 Championships. Two more tickets to the final were taken by Italian Lorenzo Guslandi and Kanchanok Sawangsri from Thailand. They left at the consolation final the bronze medalist of the World Championships 2012 and 2013, French Champion, Romain Lebois. This is the first World Championships final ever without Chinese skaters.

The World Champion of last year, Sergey Timchenko added one more gold medal to his collection after the Classic gold which he won the day before. He became a double World Champion for the first time in his career!

His brother, Alexander, who already won the bronze medal in Classic, got his best result so far and received the silver medal of the Battle discipline!

Kanchanok Sawangsri from Thailand was good enough for the third step of the podium. He improved his result from last year, when he stopped just before the semi-final.

The current Vice-European Champion, Lorenzo Guslandi from Italy repeated his result from  last year and finished at the fourth place!
